1. Service Agreement
By booking our services, you confirm that you are legally eligible and authorized to enter into a binding agreement with us. The scope of our services will be defined in the quotation or service agreement provided.
2. Booking and Payment
- All bookings must be confirmed in advance.
- A service charge may apply based on distance, goods volume, mode of transport (air/surface), and any special requirements.
- Payment must be made as per the agreed terms—either partially in advance or full upon completion.
- Accepted payment methods: Cash, Bank Transfer, UPI, etc.
3. Packing and Handling
We use industry-standard packing materials to ensure the safety of your belongings. While we take every precaution, we are not liable for damage resulting from pre-existing defects, poor quality packaging (when not done by us), or natural calamities.
4. Transportation and Delivery
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, strikes, or traffic delays.
- Clients are advised to inspect goods upon delivery and notify us of any damage or loss immediately.
5. Insurance Coverage
Goods are transported at the customer’s risk unless insurance coverage is explicitly purchased. We can assist in arranging third-party insurance on request.
6. Prohibited Items
We do not transport:
- Hazardous or illegal materials
- Perishable goods
- Liquids, flammable items, or explosives
- Precious items such as jewelry, cash, or documents (unless agreed upon in writing)
7. Storage Services
Storage is offered at customer’s request and may involve additional charges. While we ensure safe storage, insurance is recommended for stored goods.
8. Cancellation & Refunds
- Cancellations made 24 hours before the scheduled service are eligible for partial refund (subject to deduction for admin/booking costs).
- No refunds for cancellations on the same day unless agreed upon due to unforeseen circumstances.
9. Limitation of Liability
Air Cargo Packers & Movers shall not be held responsible for:
- Any loss or damage due to incorrect declarations by the customer
- Delays or non-performance due to force majeure events
- Loss of business or income caused by service delays
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Gandhinagar.
